The Best Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Shake

This thick and creamy keto pumpkin cheesecake shake will become your new fall favorite drink!


You’ll Need:


  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 drops liquid stevia, or choice of sweetener to taste

Instructions:


  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Feel free to top with some whipped cream.
